limited to social media management, content creation, advertising campaigns, analytics, and

1.2 Client Obligations: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the

provision of services. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all provided content complies with

applicable laws and regulations.

2. Payment:

2.1 Pricing and Payment: Pricing for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon between OKAK Media and the client.

2.2 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of

services. OKAK Media reserves the right to charge interest or late fees on overdue payments.

3. Intellectual Property:

3.1 Ownership: OKAK Media retains all intellectual property rights to the content, designs, and materials

created as part of our services, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

3.2 Client's Intellectual Property: Clients represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and

permissions for any content or materials provided to OKAK Media and grant us a non-exclusive license

to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing services.

4. Confidentiality:

4.1 Non-Disclosure: OKAK Media and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive

information shared during the course of the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Data Protection: OKAK Media adheres to applicable data protection laws and takes reasonable

measures to protect client data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over

the internet.

5. Termination:

5.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate services by providing a written notice, subject to any

agreed-upon termination provisions outlined in a separate agreement.

5.2 Termination by OKAK Media: OKAK Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any

time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability:

OKAK Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages

arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or

reputation.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

[Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
